The Practitioner Circle is the professional community for Certified Governed AI Practitioners, and the Monthly Case Clinic is its working session. On the second Tuesday of each month at noon Eastern, for ninety minutes, members bring what is actually on their desks — a prospect that has gone quiet, a proposal that needs a second pair of eyes, an assessment with a finding they are not sure how to phrase, an RFP with a clause that worries them — and work it through with Alex Haynes and the room. It is a clinic, not a lecture: the agenda is whatever members submit that week, and the value is in seeing how other practitioners handle the same problems. Membership also carries the deal-desk (Alex reviews your proposal before it goes out), template updates to the 5-Lane Toolkit, the referral pool, your Practitioner Directory listing and CGAP renewal. This class is available only to CGAP graduates — the certification is a required prerequisite — and is unlocked by the Practitioner Circle membership; the first twelve months are included with certification. Alex Haynes is Managing Partner at Unmutedco, with 23 years in enterprise technology and 20 in media and broadcast. Sessions are recorded for members. The first three clinics are listed here; dates are added each quarter. Cases are submitted in advance through this class's Support area — one paragraph, what you need decided — and Alex selects the agenda so that every clinic covers at least one pipeline problem, one delivery problem and one pricing or contract problem. Members whose case is chosen present for five minutes; the room works it for fifteen. Between clinics the Circle's community space carries the follow-up, and the deal-desk handles anything that cannot wait a month. This is the working professional community for the people who hold the credential, and the clinic is where its standard is kept.
