Unmuted AI Monthly Masterclass

The Monthly Masterclass is the live centrepiece of the Unmuted AI Membership. On the first Thursday of each month at noon Eastern, Alex Haynes — Managing Partner at Unmutedco, 23 years in enterprise technology and 20 in media and broadcast — takes one subject that professionals are actually being asked about and works it through for an hour: what is true, what is being sold, and what to do on Monday. Recent and upcoming subjects include the five AI claims executives are being sold, what an AI policy needs to say before it is worth the paper, how embedded assistants change ordinary office work, and how to judge a vendor demo. Every session is recorded and posted here for members, alongside the October 1 opening masterclass, "The Five AI Lies Executives Are Being Sold." Sessions are live and interactive — bring the question you were asked this month. This class is unlocked by the Unmuted AI Membership; it is not sold separately, and there is nothing to buy on this page. If you are a Foundations graduate, this is where the conversation continues at a higher altitude; if you are a practitioner, it is the fastest way to stay current on what clients are hearing. The masterclass runs monthly with no fixed end; the sessions listed here are the first three, and new dates are added each quarter. What to expect in the room: a short framing from Alex, a worked example from a real organization with the names removed, and open questions for the last twenty minutes.
