Both rungs of the Unmuted AI ladder in one enrolment: the six-week Foundations cohort, then the twelve-week Governed AI Consultant Certification. For professionals who already know they want the credential.
The ladder is built so that each rung does one job. AI Foundations for Experienced Professionals is the manual for people with real careers and no patience for jargon: six weeks, one 75-minute live session a week, a 30-Day Field Guide of twenty-minute daily exercises, a weekly office hour, and a capstone project you will actually use. It covers what AI is and is not, your first ten wins, safety and trust, AI in your current role, AI for your second act, and your own AI operating system. You leave with a Certificate of Completion and a working set of tools you understand.
The Governed AI Consultant Certification picks up where Foundations ends and turns understanding into a practice. Twelve weeks, two live 90-minute sessions a week — a Tuesday teaching session and a Thursday case clinic — organized around the 5-Lane Framework: the AI Readiness Assessment, Copilot readiness, policy-to-practice controls, the executive briefing, and the business of packaging, proposing and pricing fixed-scope engagements between $5,000 and $50,000. The capstone is a client-ready assessment on a real or simulated organization, reviewed for the Certified Governed AI Practitioner (CGAP) credential. Graduates receive a licence to the 5-Lane Toolkit, a Practitioner Directory listing and twelve months of the Practitioner Circle.
Both programs are taught live by Alex Haynes, Managing Partner at Unmutedco, with 23 years in enterprise technology and 20 in media and broadcast. Foundations Cohort 1 runs from October 19, 2026; the Founding Cohort of the certification runs from November 3, 2026 to January 28, 2027, so the two overlap by three weeks and the transition is deliberate — the practitioner's toolkit is introduced in the certification's third week, just as Foundations graduates present their capstones.
This bundle is for people who have already decided. If you want to try Foundations first, enrol in the cohort on its own; the certification will still be there, and Foundations counts as its optional prerequisite either way.
